Early Bird $45 (before November 1st).
$55 (after November 1st).
$60 at the door.
$425 for a table for 10 (until Oct 31st). View and print invitation to make a reservation.
Special request for each member to bring at least 1 raffle prize (spa, sport tickets, paintings, vacation timeshare, gift cards, dinner with important person, lessons, dental equipment, etc).
